General Instructions

Mode of Action

Zio-heal is a medical device that combines the properties of an iodophor and a haemostatic agent  causing the wound to be dried up and disinfected in a single step. The iodine’s antiseptic effect onsets quickly and stays in effect for the entire time of use of the Zio-heal dressing pad. The local infection risk is reduced to a minimum and the wound healing process is accelerated.
